Cross Country - Week 6 Thursday 24th August See below
Japanese teacher and counsellors visit.
On Tuesday we hosted a party of 25 Japanese visitors . They were impressed with the way our kaiako(teachers) and ākonga (learners) work together to create positive learning experiences.
Operetta- Making a Mark
This show takes place across 4 days and evenings from September 4-7. Dress Rehearsals etc are the week of 28th August.
Every student is in every performance. We then have a Teacher Only day on Friday September 8!
The show takes place in our school hall. Hence, we sell tickets, as we really only have enough seats for the school community to see this amazing show once.
The performers all get to see the show as part of our Dress Rehearsal process.
All classes are supervised in their classrooms when not on stage in the evening.
Your child will be talking about the part they are playing.
Keep an eye out for notices re costumes etc from class teachers
3pm pick up.
Please observe Road Safety rules at this time . Please use the pedestrian crossing.
Please do not double park or use the strictly Staff Car Park.
Yellow lines are there to keep us safe. Please do not park on them .
Bikes
It is wonderful that so many families come to school by bike/scooter.
Unfortunately, if you fail to take a bike/scooter home, it may not be safe. Even if it is locked and or in the locked cage, it may well be taken . We do not have insurance for this.
