Transition to school sessions run once a week, for 1 hour, in a new entrant class at Hamilton East School. We are holding two sessions in the two weeks before your child starts school. The first session will be on Thursday the 10th of August starting at 9am. These sessions give children the opportunity to get familiar with the school environment, and play with some of the children that will be starting with them. Whānau also have the chance to ask questions and discuss issues important to them.

We will be having our next hui in Week 6 on the 22 August at 3:15pm in Whaea Kat’s room.
Our kaupapa will be around Te Wiki o te Reo.
Tamariki are welcome and can play outside if fine or in the class if wet.

Wear yellow and bring a gold coin donation for the cancer society.
